I SPY a Forensic Scientist
Forensic science is the application of scientific techniques to matters involving law and criminal justice. This educational series capitalizes on the pop culture interest in forensics and legal drama, as popularized through television and crime fiction, to teach students about scientific techniques and procedures. Students will utilize techniques similar to what a forensic scientist might use to investigate a crime scene or to analyze materials and evidence discovered during an investigation.
MAP MATS
MAP MATS is a tool for elementary classrooms that promotes joyful, meaningful, and play-based learning. The MAP MATS activities are STEM based and enhance existing elementary school curriculum. The activities use the following materials:

C3: Creative Computing
Curriculum
C3: Creative Computing Curriculum is a collection of ideas, strategies, and activities for an introductory creative computing experience using the Scratch programming language. The activities are designed to support familiarity and increasing fluency with computational creativity and computational thinking.
CREST-M Math and Robotics Curriculum
Today’s science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) workforce is no more diverse than in 2001. With a $120,000 grant from the Bayer Fund, Maryville University’s Center for Access and Achievement work to close that gap by engaging young females, minority students, and students from low-income areas through a series of 3 STEM units aligned with mathematics Common Core State Standards and LEGO® WeDo 2.0 robotics kits.
CyberReady STL
CyberReadySTL is a 15-lesson curriculum developed with a Bayer computer scientist focusing on incorporating cyber readiness and career awareness among high school students.
The CyberReady program was implemented over two years resulting in students and educators in the five diverse St. Louis County public school districts demonstrating significant and meaningful in understanding cybersecurity content.
STEM Solvers
The STEM Solvers Middle School Curriculum was developed by the Center for Access and Achievement with funding by the Bayer Fund. It was implemented in Fall of 2021 with partner districts: Jennings and Ritenour School Districts.
