For this get to know you activity, place a set of 6 bricks in a paper bag (1 bag per student).
To get started, pair students and give each child a paper bag. They should start by sharing their names with each other. Each student will draw a brick from the bag and then share their response depending on the brick they pulled out.
Red: Share your favorite animal.
Yellow: Share your favorite
Orange: Share your favorite food.
Light Blue: Share your favorite color.
Dark Blue: Share your favorite movie.
Green: Share one place you traveled this summer.
